Penstemon Beech Park

Another very 'showy' penstemon but only of a medium height reaching  about 2ft (60 cm).  Large bright pink and white flowers are born on long stems above the foliage.  There are no marks in the open white throat.  Compare the flowers with 'Osprey' which is a much taller plant.  As with most penstemons cutting off the seed heads after flowering will encourage more vigorous growth.  Cut back almost to ground level in late spring.

Flowering Season:  Late June to late Autumn.
